WHILE IN BOSTON…

Official Hotels

NCTE has negotiated high-quality hotel options at price points that range from $175 to $259 a night. To help ease your travel planning, onPeak, the only official hotel booking provider for the 2024 NCTE Annual Convention, offers flexible change and cancellation policies. Booking your reservations through onPeak guarantees you’ll receive the lowest rates and also allows NCTE to effectively document the impact that the NCTE Annual Convention has on the host city. This information is critical in negotiating the best deals for our attendees in future years. These hotels will not offer the discounted Convention rates if you contact them directly.

Unofficial, third-party websites posing as NCTE are a cybersecurity risk and can result in identity theft. We highly recommend that you only use the links provided on NCTE’s official housing site and emails to securely book your room online.

Transportation

Airport

Boston Logan International Airport is an eight-minute taxi/rideshare ride from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), or you can use the MBTA’s Silver Line to and from the airport via the World Trade Center stop across from the BCEC. The Silver Line is complimentary from Logan Airport (including a free transfer to the Red Line and easy connections to Commuter Rail and regional buses at South Station) and operates from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., seven days a week. Take the Silver Line back to the airport for only $2.40, with drop-off and pick-up directly in front of each terminal.

Train/Bus

The BCEC is a 15-minute walk from South Station, one of Boston’s major transportation hubs. South Station provides local services via bus, subway (Red Line), and the regional Commuter Rail, plus service across the country through Amtrak and bus.

Parking

To self-park ($25 and $50 for oversized vehicles), use the South Parking lot. Accessible parking spaces are also located in this lot, closest to the building (the same parking rates apply). For information about additional nearby parking, please click here.
