Hotel & Travel

While in Columbus…

Hotel Reservations

The 2023 NCTE Annual Convention is offering a large number of hotels exclusively for NCTE Convention guests at significantly discounted rates while also guaranteeing it is the lowest rate offered. The official housing agency for the 2023 NCTE Annual Convention is Experience Columbus, and their secure online housing website is available 24/7. All hotels are just a short walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Make your online hotel reservation by October 25.

Reservation acknowledgements will be emailed to you when you make your reservation.

These hotels will not offer the discounted Convention rates if you contact them directly. To receive the guaranteed lowest rates, you must book through NCTE’s official housing company, Experience Columbus, the only housing partner for the NCTE Convention. Unofficial, third-party websites posing as NCTE are a cybersecurity risk and can result in identity theft. We highly recommend that you only use the links provided on NCTE’s official housing site and emails to securely book your room online.

Booking your reservations through Experience Columbus guarantees you’ll receive the lowest rates and also allows NCTE to effectively document the impact that the NCTE Annual Convention has on the host city. This information is critical in negotiating the best deals for our attendees.

Reserve your room by October 25, 2023, to receive our NCTE Convention discounted rates. We encourage you to make your room reservations early to ensure that you will be able to stay in one of our room block hotels with a guaranteed low room rate.

NEW! We are working with our housing partner in Columbus to add more hotel rooms if the link above is showing no availability for the dates you are searching. Please continue to check the reservation site for updated availability.

NOTE! You can also visit the Experience Columbus hotel page for alternative options and availability near the Greater Columbus Convention Center (narrow your search by selecting “Downtown” and “Short North” regions).
