RATES
Registration rates for the 2025 NCTE Annual Convention will be available this summer. The 2024 registration rates can be used as a guide for budgeting purposes:
NCTE member: $365 early-bird; $470 regular
Nonmember: $500 early-bird; $565 regular
Student: $160 early-bird; $180 regular
Emeritus: $175 early-bird; $200 regular
Holding Funds
NCTE is aware that many schools, colleges, and organizations are experiencing budget reductions for the upcoming fiscal year 2026.
For attendees seeking to use their remaining fiscal year 2025 budget funds on Convention attendance, NCTE can accept funds now to be put toward registration before it officially opens this summer. Once registration rates are announced, any difference in cost would be owed. We can also hold funds for future Conventions.
