Official Convention Hotels - Coming Soon
NCTE has contracted many hotels within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center at the lowest available rates. Per our annual schedule, full housing information will become available in June, six months prior to Convention and in alignment with hotel booking standards and availability. Prior to that, hotels will be unable to make reservations before housing opens, so please do not contact them directly. The room rates for these properties are $225–$300 a night. The 2026 Annual Convention headquarters hotel is the Marriott Philadelphia.
Please note that neither NCTE nor any NCTE vendor will reach out to you offering unsolicited hotel reservations. That said, NCTE WILL notify all who have registered when housing is open and available for booking. All hotel reservations in NCTE blocks must be booked via links on NCTE’s Annual Convention website through the official housing vendor, Orchid events. Any unsolicited outreach received about housing should be ignored.
NCTE has negotiated high-quality hotel options, and to help ease your travel planning, Orchid Events, the only official hotel booking provider for the 2026 NCTE Annual Convention, offers flexible change and cancellation policies. Booking your reservations when housing opens through Orchid Events guarantees you’ll receive the lowest rates and also allows NCTE to effectively document the impact that the NCTE Annual Convention has on the host city. This information is critical in negotiating the best deals for our attendees in future years. NCTE group hotels will not offer the discounted Convention rates if you contact them directly.
Please note: Per our annual schedule, full housing information will become available in June, six months prior to Convention and in alignment with hotel booking standards and availability. NCTE will notify all who have registered when housing is open and available for booking.
