Student Registration

Student registration requires current NCTE student membership and valid proof of student status. Contact cs@ncte.org for assistance.

 

Group Registration

To be eligible for the discounted group rate or if you are submitting a purchase order, follow one of the options below:

  1. Use the “Register a Colleague” option within registration and register yourself and 9+ colleagues through to checkout, and then contact cs@ncte.org for the discounted rate.
  2. Reach out to cs@ncte.org for a roster template. Complete the roster, including registration details for 10+ registrants, and return it to cs@ncte.org.

The information needed for group registration includes Name, Email Address, School Affiliation/Company, Address, Phone Number, Dietary Restrictions, and ADA Accommodations for each member of the group. We offer registration at a group discount rate of $375 per person ($500 after October 7) if a school or district sends 10 or more teachers and makes a single payment to cover the balance of the invoice. Please contact NCTE Customer Service at 877-369-6283 with any additional questions.

 

Purchase Orders

To complete your registration with a purchase order (PO), please email a copy of your incomplete registration page and a PDF of your PO to cs@ncte.org as soon as possible with the subject line “Purchase Order.” Submitting these materials by November 2, 2026, will ensure sufficient time for processing before the Convention.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to cs@ncte.org
  • Refunds subject to $25 processing fee
  • Deadline: October 7, 2026
  • No refunds after October 7
